At Music Shop Europe you may return any product within 30 days of receiving it.For unwanted items:
Return any items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note, the items must be in its original condition and/or unopened. We cannot accept returns of purchases of video, audio, DVD or software products if the item has been unsealed. We cannot accept the return of digital download items. Upon receipt of the items, we will issue you a full refund.
